Yes, you can cancel within 2 minutes of matching with no fee.

How do driver offers work?

Drivers can accept your price, propose a counter-offer, or skip. You choose the best offer.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. TWINT will be available very soon.

How do I contact support?

What are the requirements to drive?

Valid Swiss license B121, Professional Passenger Transport Certificate, cantonal authorization, and RC insurance.

How do payouts work?

Weekly direct deposits to your bank account every Monday for the previous week.

What is the difference between Commission and Subscription?

Commission plan charges per ride with no monthly fees. Subscription offers lower per-ride costs with a fixed monthly rate. All partners start on commission by default.

How do categories work?

You register for specific categories (Economy, Green, etc.) based on your vehicle qualifications.

How do ratings affect my offers?

Higher ratings increase rider trust and can lead to more accepted offers.
